What they say about Xagio

I’ve been using the Xagio plugin for a while now, and I can confidently say it’s one of the best tools I’ve come across for managing my website’s SEO. The on-page SEO optimization is incredibly fast and easy to use, which saves me so much time. What really stands out is how quickly it helps me find the best keywords to rank for—it’s like having an SEO expert by my side! The additional features are just as impressive. The Site Manager keeps my site organized, the backup function ensures my hard work is safe, and the rank tracker makes it easy to monitor my progress. Xagio has become an essential part of my workflow, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to improve their SEO effortlessly!

I discovered Xagio about 18 months ago. When I met Herc he asked me a simple question, "Have you ever had a number one ranking website?" After trying every piece of advice I had received for many many years, I had to embarrassingly answer "no." He replied, "we're gonna change that" and then he and Xagio did. I rank websites at will now for not just one or two but many keywords and in a very short amount of time. the reporting, white label capabilities, and the commitment of Herc and his team are without equal, and the software is awesome. You will have to pry Xagio from my cold, dead hands lol!

Fantastic plugin with a wide range of features! It’s my top choice for every client project and personal site. The functionality is outstanding, and I rely on it every time. The customer support is excellent as well. This tool is a powerhouse for creating a near-perfect strategy to optimize any website for search engine rankings.
Customer support is also top-notch. Any questions I've had were promptly addressed, and the team behind XagioAI clearly values user feedback, constantly rolling out updates and improvements. Barjinder Kang

Totally rock-solid product for developing the near-perfect approach to optimizing your or a client's website for the SERPs. What continues to blow my mind is the constant improvement in the Xango toolset brought forth almost every month. The ongoing support is there whenever needed, whether its properly building out and using the Project Planner or leveraging the Schema Editor for total customization to deliver the unbelievable benefits of the Rank Tracker.
Yes, Xagio is a solid platform for competitive research from an SEO perspective, but it is ALL of the other tools where the proverbial "Sum of the parts" analogy really makes using Xaigo almost priceless.
In January 2022, I started my third year using Xagio and it has been an almost unbelievable fun ride. I am so glad I made time to sit in on that webinar back then because it has proved to be one of the best business decisions that I have made in a number of years. I sure am looking forward to this next year and seeing what you come up with next.

Thanks to Herc, Todd, and the entire Xagio Team.

I began to use the Xagio plugin and learn the process almost 6 months ago. I’ve had Xagio on 20 local lawyer lead-gen sites for almost 3 months.

I’m a lawyer and programmer. This is my first venture into lead generation. I had no idea what I was doing, of course, but I recognized the quality of the Xagio plugin and the common sense no-BS approach of Herc and Todd in their webinars and training videos.

Xagio is a big piece of software that does a lot of complex things very well – keyword research, site audits, keyword grouping, keyword optimization.

In conjunction with Keyword Supremacy, Xagio is also a process that requires some judgment. There’s a learning curve, but there’s plenty of teaching available. And Xagio support is the best I’ve seen.

After 3 months in a competitive niche, I’m beginning to get rankings on almost all of the 20 sites. I can see constant steady improvement as links begin to kick in.

I’m adding another 10 sites – on the way to probably 120 continent-wide.

Xagio is a framework for a complete business. It works. I strongly recommend it.

Top 3 reasons why I use Xagio & how I use this plugin:
(1) Singular dashboard view of all my site's pages in "Project Planner" feature of the WordPress plugin. This allows me the convenience of optimizing meta in one page versus going to each Page/Post to optimize.
(2) "Project Planner" gives me the power to audit competitors' sites to uncover their whole site's meta, plus ranked keywords. This gives me the option to mimic their winning pages' meta for my own pages. Plus, I can group their highest performing pages or group all pages targeting a geographic area to see all of them in a group.
(3) Herc & Todd are in the trenches with Lead Gen and/or Rank and Rent sites, and are generous in showing how they win with using their own tools.
